Prepare for the big day with this childbirth intensive held over two days. In an engaging in-person format, build confidence and trust in your body and the birth process, inform yourself to make the choices that are right for you, and take time to connect with your partner and your growing baby.

We will cover a wide range of topics, including but not limited to the following:
Understanding the pain of labour
Hormones and biofeedback
Creating a positive birthing environment wherever you are
Learning pain coping practices
How to know when you’re in labour and the stages of labour
Birth support for partners and professionals
Preparing for and coping with the unexpected
Making decisions in labour
Epidurals/inductions/caesareans
The immediate postpartum
