Whether you’re mothering a toddler, young teen or watching your child grow in to adulthood, you still crave connection and community…

Narratives around motherhood today don’t adequately hold the complexity of what it means to be a mother; motherhood is portrayed as blissful or nightmarish, a state of self-sacrifice or selfishness, as something that comes naturally or something that shouldn’t change you. It’s hard to hold the more nuanced truth that all this can be true.

If your experience of motherhood is this messy middle, this group is for you. It’s a time for honest exploration, connection and heart-filled conversation, personal growth and rediscovering parts of yourself that have been put aside in this time of mothering. It’s a space to feel the respect and awe you deserve as a mother and to share in the experience of how hard it is to mother in a culture where mothers are undervalued and overworked. This isn’t therapy or a parenting group; it’s a time to gather with others who understand where you’re at and who will cheer you on as you move forward. For mothers in all seasons of motherhood.

Virtual meet up; first and third Tuesday of each month for a 3-month cycle.
